Transaction Agreement Terms and Conditions This Transaction Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Jikoni Chefs (referred to as "Jikoni Chefs," "we," "us," or "our"), a culinary marketplace, and the customer or buyer ("Customer" or "Buyer") using our platform for purchasing culinary services. By proceeding with a transaction on our platform, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Services Offered: Jikoni Chefs provides an online marketplace that connects talented chefs and culinary professionals ("Chefs") with Customers seeking personalized culinary experiences. Our platform allows Customers to browse through a diverse selection of Chefs, view their profiles, menus, and availability, and book their culinary services. Transaction Process: (a) By proceeding with a transaction on our platform, the Customer acknowledges that Jikoni Chefs acts solely as an intermediary facilitating the transaction between the Customer and the Chef. We do not provide the culinary services directly; rather, we connect Customers with Chefs based on their preferences and booking requests. (b) The Customer agrees to make full and timely payment for the culinary services rendered by the Chef as per the agreed-upon pricing and terms. Jikoni Chefs handles the payment process and securely transfers the payment to the Chef once the service has been provided. Cancellation and Refunds: (a) If the Customer wishes to cancel a booking, the cancellation policy specified by the Chef will apply. The Customer is responsible for reviewing the Chef's cancellation policy before proceeding with the transaction. (b) Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the Chef's cancellation policy and any additional terms agreed upon between the Customer and the Chef. Liability and Indemnification: (a) Jikoni Chefs acts as a platform for connecting Customers with Chefs, and we do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or accuracy of the culinary services provided by the Chef. (b) Customers agree to use the platform and services provided by Jikoni Chefs at their own risk. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform or the services provided by the Chefs. (c) Customers agree to indemnify and hold Jikoni Chefs, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to their use of the platform or services. By proceeding with a transaction on our platform, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Transaction Agreement.
